The ruins of Breitenhain
When we looked at on 18/04/2015 The Old Brewery in Breitenhain, that was not our only ruin the crossed our path. A beautiful former four sides farm with old vehicles was a real find for us this evening. From the old barn only reduced to a shell. The old farm was sold new and probably the eventual new owner had already started one of the buildings to renovate above. Inside a beautiful old vault was to see what I will personally receive hope. Even an old tractor and various other vehicles from a forgotten OPENING HOURS stood there. On the other side opposite of the farm were other ruins that could not be identified. We do not know whether they belonged to the old brewery or the farm. From the architectural style they do not match any of the two. The ancient ruins of houses that were standing right in the middle seem to have been renewed before something at least tell us the new chimneys and windows, even did not fit into the picture. Otherwise, the old houses were empty. We will try the relationships and past zufinden out, which sometimes proves to be very difficult. However, with a little luck we can give a name to our old buildings here soon.
