The forgotten glass processing factory Maltitz
The now vast disused area with large dilapidated factory buildings, belonged to the VEB Kombinat Flachglas Torgau-Maltitz and one of which was founded in 1669 the company Saint-Gobain to. In Germany, the company spread relating to the manufacture of glass of any kind, construction, starting in 1853. In this work was inter alia Glass constructions or insulation glass produced. Over the past decade the ruins today stand empty and fall apart.
